Is your business insured?

Yes. we have general liability insurance for events.

How far out can you travel for an event?

Any venue within a 25 mile radius of Winchester, Virginia is free of charge. Anything over 25 miles will be additional charges.

Do you offer discounts?

I do offer a 10% discount to any retired or active service members in the military (proof of eligibility is required)

Do we have to give gratuity/tip? 

Gratuity is not required and should be based on our service for your event. If you do desire to provide a tip, it will be greatly appreciated.

How often can we meet before the wedding?

We will have 2 meetings after the initial consultation. 1st meeting is 2 months before, with the 2nd meeting being 2 weeks before the event. These meetings will be either online or over the phone, and we can make them as long or as short as needed to ensure everything is set for your big day!

What is your payment plan?

Once you book a day on this website and after we have our initial consultation, we will Honeybook to simplify contracts, agreements, and enabling an easy way to provide payment. After the $100 non-refundable deposit, 50% of the remaining payment is due 3 months before event date, and the last 50% will be due 1 month before the event date. If the initial consultation is within 3 months of the event date, the 1st 50% of payment is due alongside the deposit.

What is your refund policy?

The full cancellation policy is in the service contract we send out after the initial consultation. Generally if there is a cancellation more than 1 month from the event date, all payments excluding the $100 non-refundable deposit will be issued back to the original form of payment, any cancellation less than 1 month from the event date will not guarantee a refund. 

Do you charge for setup/strike?

No, all packages are priced in with labor charges in mind, which include setup and taking down equipment, as well as the DJ service itself.

Do you take requests during the event?

It is all up to the couple if they would like me to take song requests during the event.

What if my ceremony and reception are at 2 different locations?

If you have a package that includes sound for your ceremony, we can provide seperate soundsystems for your ceremony as well as reception. We can only provide a max of 2 soundsystems for your event.
